Three Teams in the Warsash Spring Series

Sailing Logics three teams have completed their 2nd weekend in the Warsash Spring Series. Saturday provided a fantastic day of training in 15 to 20 knots of westerly wind. At the end of the day Bongani challenged Puma Logic to a short race series. After three races, Bongani (crewed with the Introduction to Racing team), defeated Team Logic 2:1!

Due to high winds on Sunday, which were gusting to forty knots, racing was cancelled. Undeterred, Puma Logic (crewed by Team Logic 2007), ventured into the Solent for an exhilarating kite run. Soon after successfully gybing in thirty knots of wind a gust hit Puma and she recorded sustained speeds of fifteen knots with a top speed of eighteen knots. What an awesome day out.

Puma Logic are currently in 5th place in the series with Jaguar Logic just behind in 7th Place.
